There are two parts to
this song. One is the title: Krafwerk
had a song & album “Trans Europe Express”. Then
there was a series of collections of music called
“Trance Europe Express”. So I’m playing on that. And
then there is the fact that I used to live in
Tennessee, which has given me a fondness for bluegrass
music. So, consider this my “Duelling Banjos meets
Club 54”, or “Kraftwerk meets Deliverance”. It’s not
really trance at all.
The
