For a number of years I've been using EMApple's Logic. I
started with version 5 which I bought because Steinberg's
CuBase was so unstable, then upgraded to versions 6,7, and
8. In addition I have tons of plug-ins. It's ridiculous.
Some of them I've paid for and I've barely used them.
This is called Gear Acquisition Syndrome. That, and
compulsively reading KvRaudio and other music web sites,
are common substitutes for actually producing music.
